Authorized Distributor Policy

Beauty Flex is the sole and officially authorized distributor of Welocity Professional products in India.

We do not recognize or endorse any other distributor, reseller, or agent claiming to sell Welocity Professional machines.

Welocity Professional and Beauty Flex will not be responsible for:

• Devices purchased from unauthorized sellers
• False warranty promises made by third parties
• Service issues arising from non-genuine products
• Parts or repairs performed by unapproved technicians

Consumer Warning – Counterfeit Products

It has recently come to our attention that certain unauthorized sellers and counterfeiters are attempting to market low-quality imitation machines falsely represented as Welocity Professional products. These duplicate devices:

• Do not meet our quality and safety standards
• Use inferior components
• May cause poor treatment results
• Can potentially harm users or clients
• Do not carry any official warranty or service support

Customers should be cautious of products offered at unusually low prices or by unknown sellers. Such offers are often counterfeit models designed to mislead buyers.

Welocity Professional is actively taking legal and regulatory action against such counterfeit activities. As a responsible consumer, we encourage you to purchase only through verified and authorized channels to ensure product safety, performance, and genuine warranty protection.
